Program Overview

The program is designed to guide you through five essential phases:

1. Collaborative Workshops (3 Weeks) :
Assess your organisation’s current structure, revenue model, funding opportunities, and team capacity. Understand market positioning and key challenges to overcome

2. Capacity Building (2-3 Months):
Gain expert training in digital transformation, market strategy, business development, and funding collaborations. Equip your team with tools for sustainable growth and impact measurement.

3. Revenue & Business Creation (1-2 Months):
Develop new revenue channels aligned with EU and global markets. Learn how to expand internationally and build scalable business models.

4. Grants & Fundraising (1-6 Months):
Identify, apply, and secure EU and global grants to fund your initiatives. Navigate funding landscapes with expert mentorship.

5. Digitalisation & Innovation (1-6 Months):
Build digital tools to enhance operations, increase outreach, and improve efficiency. Receive up to 50% cost support in digital creation, including website development, SEO, branding, and digital marketing.

Application Process

1️⃣ Submit Expression of Interest – Complete the application form.
2️⃣ Background Evaluation – We assess your organisation’s website, social media presence, and operational structure.
3️⃣ Selection Notification – If shortlisted, we’ll schedule a 15-20 min meeting with our program directors.
4️⃣ Commitment Fee – A one-time fee applies based on your organisation’s stage.

* Last cohort received 208 application and we selected 6 out of that, this time we will select 10 organisations.

Any organisation working towards community development, empowerment, and internationalisation can apply. This includes nonprofits, hubs, cooperatives, youth centers, startups, and SMEs.

The program guides you in creating new revenue channels, accessing grants, and building international collaborations for long-term sustainability.

The one-time fee is based on your organisation’s turnover and market readiness level (MRL), ensuring affordability for all participants.

  1. While the program does not provide direct financial grants, it offers funding opportunities, grant application support, and cost coverage for digital solutions.

Your organisation will be connected with funding sources, new partners, and global networks to continue growing independently.

2 to 4 hours of commitment per week from one person. 

Interested organisation should apply. 
There is a selection process after applying and only few organisation will receive email. 
The email will lead to meeting where you can ask questions.
