What is "Digital Grant"?
The Digital Grant is an initiative by BøthOfUs to support organisations that have participated in our programs by covering a significant portion of their digital expenses. This program aims to help organisations enhance their digital presence and capabilities while reducing costs.
Many organisations struggle with the high costs associated with digital needs such as:
- Website development
- Graphic design
- Social media management
- Branding and tone of voice
- Print and digital marketing materials
- SEO and digital marketing strategies
- Hosting and GDPR compliance
- Digital tools to improve business operations
BøthOfUs will cover 60-70% of these expenses with expert teams—including engineers, designers, and partners—to support selected organisations in their digital transformation.
Who can apply?
This grant is available to organisations that have previously participated in BøthOfUs programs and need digital support to grow and sustain their impact.
Eligible organisations should:
- Be a past participant of a BøthOfUs program
- Have existing digital expenses or a clear digital development plan
- Demonstrate how digital improvements will enhance their operations and revenue
Application Process
Steps to Apply:
- Express Interest – Submit an application detailing your organisation’s digital needs.
- Expense Review – Provide current digital expenses or market evaluations for planned expenses.
- Selection Process – BøthOfUs will review applications and select 4-5 organisations based on impact and feasibility.
- Implementation – Selected organisations will receive direct support in project management, design, development, and execution.
Timeline
- Application Opens: 7th March 2025
- Deadline: March 15, 2025
How does it work ?
- If you are currently spending €1000/month on your digital needs, your organisation will receive up to 70% grant
- Which means your organisation will pay €300/month
- BøthOfUs will take care of €700/month
- BøthOfUs and its partners will do project management, development, design and digital requirement
Do you have questions ?
We will select 4 to 5 organisations, depending on the scale of digital support required.
You can still apply by providing a market evaluation of the services you need and their estimated costs.
No, instead of direct funding, we will cover 60-70% of the digital expenses through our in-house teams and partners.
BøthOfUs will manage the entire process, including project management, development, and execution, ensuring the best digital solutions for your organisation.
Minimum of 3 month and Maximum of a year of support and further renewal depends on our external funds.
