Unlocking working capital
trapped in African supply chains.
Khana Capital is an NBFIRA-licensed supply-chain financier operating Swiftly Finance, Botswana's first digital invoice-discounting platform. We turn an approved invoice into cash within 48 hours, with no collateral, no audited financials, no waiting 30 to 90 days for money already earned.
Suppliers do the work. They wait months to get paid for it.
Corporates and SOEs extend payment terms to protect their own working capital. That single decision stalls growth for the SMMEs beneath them, pushes many toward expensive informal credit, and leaves banks unwilling to lend against invoices they can't independently verify.
One integration. Payment on approval, not on maturity.
Swiftly Finance connects directly to a buyer's ERP system. The moment an invoice is approved, the supplier can request early payment; funds arrive in 1–2 business days, at a transparent capped discount fee, with the buyer settling on the original due date exactly as before.

Revenue model
Discount fees of 1.5–3% per month on early-payment requests, plus platform transaction fees and value-added advisory. Free for buyers; cost is paid only by suppliers who choose to use the facility.
Assuming $10M received over 3 years
Tranches: Year 1: $3.5M · Year 2: $3.5M · Year 3: $3.0M
Net margins of 27% after funding costs, targeting a 15% p.a. return to investors.
$10M
Approximately BWP 140 million
Structure
Ring-fenced SPV per early-payment programme. Investors can fund a specific off-taker or a supplier demographic (women-, youth- or disability-owned). Quarterly drawdowns tied to invoice maturities.
Use of funds
Strictly for settlement of early-payment requests through SPVs. Khana Capital funds its own operations and technology from core revenue. Investor capital never touches overhead.
Licensed, not experimental
NBFIRA-regulated since 2021, with an AML/CFT framework modelled on the FIA Act and Botswana's Data Protection Act.
Default risk minimised by design
Financing is tied only to invoices already approved by a creditworthy corporate buyer. Khana Capital never carries pre-performance risk on this product.
Multiplier effect already proven
Each corporate buyer historically brings 40+ SMME suppliers onto the platform, and one relationship finances an entire supply chain.
