Scale-up program done in 44 countries,now we are launching a new cohort
Past programs includes, organisations from 17 EU countries and 27 outside EU countries
BøthOfUs together with Phaos and cascading funds from EU institutions and foundations is launching the Scale Up program 2025.
Objective
Scale up program is to help Private organisations, NGOs, hubs and educations institutions all around the world to
1) Scale up in revenue generation and creation of new programs
2) Support on raising funds through EU, International grants, VCs and transcontinental collaborations grants
3) Capacity building for staff members on digitalisation, business, sales, marketing, product or program development and branding
4) Apply for EU grants, scale your organisation to continental level in EU/USA/AU-African Union/LATAM
6) Priority access to get BøthOfUs Digital grants which helps web, app creation or digital marketing grant to cover upto 30% of the cost
7) Social media and digital presence improvement
Application Process
Submit Expression of Interest: Complete application form to express your interest.
Background Evaluation: BøthOfUs will conduct a background check on your organization.
Selection Notification: If shortlisted, you’ll receive an email to schedule a meeting.
Commitment Fee: If Selected, a one-time commitment fee applies based on your organisation market readiness level.

Program Modules
1. Collaborative Workshops:
Phase 1 is about us from program team understanding the current structure, revenue model, team and stratergy of the Organisation
2. Capacity building
The goal of this workpackage is to build capacity on digital transformation, deep tech, programs and revenue models
3. Revenue Creation:
Creation of new revenue focused with the goal of aligning with market needs
4. Grants and Funds:
To apply for international and EU based grants and funds
5. Digitalisation and digital transformation:
To build tools, website as needed to elevate revenue using digital tools, enhancing social media

Scale up program is to help organisations create new revenue model, apply for EU funds and also get capacity building for staff members.
Any organisations from all over the world can apply
The applying organisation should be able to pay commitment fee
- Revenue generation,
- New business model generation,
- Staff Capacity building,
- Digital transformation strategy
- Creating Investment connections,
- Applying for EU and international funds.
There is one cohort planned for 2025.
The initial phase of the program is 1 month, then a report will be given to the participating organisations, based on the priority created from report, commitment of 2 hours/week is expected from the organisations
This depends on the funding we get from our sponsors and foundations, for now the plan is to have 6 to 10 organisations
Commitment fee is the only requirement,
Capacity building for staff, Applying for grants, creating new revenue generation are all part of the program and its free for participating organisations.
To get other grant types from BøthOfUs such as Digital grant to support web, app, digital marketing, branding, then priority is given to the organisations part of the program
Interested organisation should apply.
There is a selection process after applying and only few organisation will receive email.
The email will lead to meeting where you can ask questions.
