Scale up program
Youth Program for EU skills development, is establised in 2021 with the goal of training youth for EU by EU.
In 2025 EU introduced – Union of Skills framework as BøthOfUs is a member of European Innovation and Technology, and also other EU organisations, decided to train young people in Union of Skills to solve the issue of job problems in EU market.

Success Stories
Interactive training program designed to prepare Greek youth for global careers. Through hands-on workshops, mentoring, and digital skill-building, participants will learn how to position themselves for international opportunities — in Europe and beyond.
The program is open to university students, recent graduates, and young professionals No prior experience is needed — just motivation and curiosity to learn.
A willingness to participate actively in sessions
Access to the internet and a laptop or smartphone
A good understanding of English (intermediate or above)
The program focuses on career readiness, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.
Key modules include:
Global job skills and entrepreneurship mindset
Sales, marketing, and branding
Networking and communication
AI, digital transformation, and future skills
CV, LinkedIn, and interview mastery
There is four cohort planned for 2025.
The phase of the program is 1 month, commitment of 2 to 3 hours/week is expected from the participants
